The Report will properly advise the client; the Column headings will clearly ADVISE the client on what action they need to take, even if the inspector does not! Each item on the Report is numbered and lettered. The number will refer the client to the detailed graphics at the beginning of every section so the client can SEE the item in question There is a detailed EXPLANATION OF CONDITIONS for EVERY item noted on the report.
